My name is Anne-Sophie Planet. I am a naturopathic practitioner trained at the Institut de Naturopathie Humaniste (INH) in Paris, and a holistic therapist specializing in lymphatic treatments, face sculpting, Kobido, facial massage, and beauty coaching.

My practice was born from a deep passion for life, art, beauty, food, movement, everyday objects, and human connection. Everything that nourishes the body and the soul inspires the way I accompany others with gentleness, precision, wonder, and sensitivity. I am moved by details, simple gestures, and daily rituals, because they are the ones that truly transform our vitality.

My vision

Naturopathy taught me to love what sustains us: the breath that grounds us, the gesture with which we slice a vegetable, walking under the sun, silent observation, listening to the body.

It brought me back to what matters:

appreciating the simple as much as the complex, the infinitesimal as much as the infinitely vast.

Etymologically, naturopathy comes from “Nature’s Path”. I feel that I have walked this path myself : the path of life, of the living, and of beauty, both inner and outer.
