A first naturopathy session lasts between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes. It begins with an in-depth questionnaire that allows me to build a complete picture of your health, understand your history, and analyse your current state in order to design a personalised lifestyle programme together.
Through a detailed conversation combined with morphological observation, my role is to identify your “terrain” or constitutional profile, and to determine your strengths as well as your areas of vulnerability.
You will then receive a fully personalised programme (VHP – Vital Hygiene Plan) to help you integrate these new changes in a sustainable and harmonious way.

Follow-up consultations last 45 minutes. They allow us to monitor your progress and refine or adjust the programme whenever needed.
