How does a session work?
A first naturopathy session lasts about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. It begins with an in-depth conversation designed to understand your story, lifestyle habits, needs, and goals. Through a detailed questionnaire and a morphological assessment, I create a complete picture of your naturopathic terrain: your constitution, strengths, areas of vulnerability, and priority needs.
Based on this analysis, we build together a fully personalized Vital Hygiene Program (VHP). This program includes targeted recommendations to support long-lasting changes adapted to your lifestyle. Naturopathy does not replace medical care but complements it gently and holistically.
